Chef and restaurant owner Ruben Dominguez (Catas Newark) opens up his kitchen to show us how he prepares his authentic Spanish paella valenciana.  Trust us when we say this is one of the best, most delicious and well-served paella dishes outside of Valencia, Spain.

RUBEN DOMINGUEZ: Today I’m going to make a traditional dish from Spain. It’s a paella. Here we have the basics; Onions, peppers, some prawns, mussels, some clams. We’re also going to put some chicken.

As you see the size of it many people can share it with a few appetizers and a few tapas, maybe a tortilla, stuff like that.
